the requirements of global brand leadership and the demand for a standardised
corporate language.
There are fields in which only an absolutely correct
translation will do: for instance, technical manuals, strategy papers, contracts,
etc.
In advertising, however, a "literal"
translation rarely provides the best results.
Translating advertising copy into the language of
the target country is a process that demands not only a high level of quality
but also enormous creativity in adapting the copy strategy to the markets
targeted.
At the same time it is important to maintain consistency
with the stylistic register style of existing publications.
